Christ is Seen throughout the Psalm
• Patience. V. 1 Christ is patient with us.
He endured suffering (Heb 12:2 “Let us set our eyes on Jesus, the author. . .who
for the joy . . .”
“when he suffered he made no threats” 1 Peter 2:23
• He lifted me out of the slimy pit. Jesus was lifted up.

Phil 2:7 “he made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness.”
God lifted Jesus. Did not allow his servant to see corruption. Acts 13:34-38

DAVID could trust in the LORD. God did not fail DAVID.
• David is an EXAMPLE.
• We can READ of David’s Victory.
JESUS could trust in the LORD. God did not fail JESUS.
• Jesus ABIDES WITHIN.
• We SHARE in Jesus’ Victory
